Who Am I? Welcome to the Blog

Welcome to my blog. Here, I'll be sharing insight from my experience in guest experience, as well as my thoughts on a range of events, news and developments within the attractions industry.

So, who am I?

My name is Thomas and for almost all of my working life, I have worked within visitor attractions operations or partnership management. Through my career, I have developed a deep understanding and passion for guest experience and looking at ways to improve the visitor journey.

I've worked across the visitor attraction industry at different levels, from front-line teams to management roles, giving me a genuine, ground-up understanding of how different sites operate and where guest experience can be improved. That experience spans everything from small, family-owned attractions to major sites including the British Grand Prix, which welcomed over half a million visitors in 2026.

What am I offering?

I also offer consultancy services for attractions across the UK, including theme parks, zoos and museums, focusing on enhancing the guest experience.

Every attraction is different, so there's no one-size-fits-all approach. I take the time to understand how your site operates and the processes you already have in place, then look at them through the eyes of a guest, spotting where small tweaks or bigger changes will make the most difference. Whether it's a quick operational fix or a larger overhaul, I focus on what actually makes sense for your site, your team and your guests. If any of that sounds relevant to your site, or you'd like to discuss how I could help, feel free to get in touch.
